Rightful Way of Living Through Kriya Yoga (Part 2)



Yes The rightful way of thinking, living and actions...I
just wanted to know how we can coordinate our actions, thoughts and words? It's like a domino effect. You get one card falls and all the others
fall in line. One thing is right, first find your center. I'm going to show you what's your center today,
I'm going to help you find your center.

Okay? First find your center. Suppose you pin your center and focus on one
thing, the breathing of Kriya Yoga. The chiti, the chi of Kriya, the pran of Kriya. If that is regulated, if your breathing is
regulated and constant and regular, you sit revering yourself, giving yourself self esteem
and persistently persevering in the practice of the Kriya breath, your breath will fall
in a harmonious movement.

When your breath becomes harmonized, your
thoughts will become harmonized and when your thoughts become harmonized your actions will
harmonize with your thoughts. Automatically, the dominos effect. So start from the breath, the practice of Kriya Yoga, organize your thoughts,
when your thoughts are organized and your thinking is clear, you'll act what think and
think what you act. That's the way to do it.

Therefore this is the age old science, the
age old way of life, what you breathe is what you think and what
you think is what you act on, so that's how its done, that's the way its done. Do you understand?.
